if teams would like to pre-order)  

11:30 pm      Qualifying Matches

1:30pm      Elimination Matches Begin

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather, refunds can either be applied to another tournament or 95% refunded. 

Refund and Payment Policies

95% refund will be made to teams four weeks prior to competition.  No refunds will be made after December 20th except for inclement weather.
