General Info

This event will be skills only with the format for the event being PRE-RECORDED, REMOTE, or IN-PERSON.  Teams should fill out the Google Form to let the Event Partner know whether your team will be competing as pre-recorded, remote live or in person.  Teams that compete remote will be provided a time slot to compete.  Remote teams will be emailed their time slots on Tuesday before the event.  This will allow more teams to compete in our events while remaining safe at there own facilities.  We will provide teams that do not have the equipment the opportunity to conduct their skills runs at our venue.  Winfield City Schools has committed to maintaining a high-quality tournament and enjoyable experience.  In order to accomplish this commitment, we have taken the time to develop a COVID event plan of action.  We have worked with the RECF regional support manager, local health officials, and school system administrators to develop our plan of action.  Everyone's safety is our first goal. We will be running two events on Saturday, November 14th.  We will host an elementary school event in the morning followed by middle school in the afternoon.
