General Info

Welcome to our League event. Per COVID-19 guidelines, we are asking that the sessions be attended ONLY by coaches and the students who are competing. No spectators, please. This will help us better keep social distancing recommendations.

ALL IN ATTENDANCE MUST WEAR A MASK! (Unless you have an exempt form)

ATTN: Due to the hightened transmission rate in our area we WILL BE CHECKING TEMPERATURES of everyone entering the building (students and coaches). If anyone has a fever of 100 or higher they will not be allowed to enter the building and attend that day of competition.

*We may make arrangements for parents to attend the finals session. We will announce this at the Nov.17 session!

Agenda

Check- in will begin at 3pm

Qualification matches will begin by 3:30pm

We plan for each team to complete 4 qualifications matches at each session. We plan to finish each session at 6pm, however, the finals session may take longer to complete the finals rounds.

Students may bring a non-messy snack and water bottle, as we will not have a concession stand.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If you have an emergency please let us know and we will strive to find a way to make up your matches at another league meet.

Refund and Payment Policies

If we are unable to hold event due to state mandated closure due to COVID-19 we will refund your fees, otherwise this event in non-refundable.
