Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will not be issued. If event is cancelled due to COVID 19 Zionsville Community School decisions or Boone County Health Department, $10.00 will be deducted from inital fees, as well as $12.50 for each time the league met. Teams will need to ask for a refund by emailing Molly Seward, [email protected] 

Health and Safety Policies

1. Limited Attendance:  The number of attendees will be limited to 4 members and one adult mentor per team. No spectators will be allowed to attend.
2. Masks Required:  While in the building, attendees will be required to wear a cloth or medical face covering (mask) that fully covers their nose and mouth at all times when they are away from their pit table. 
3. Physical Distancing:  Pit tables will be 8 feet apart, so that there will be 6 feet or more of separation between teams from other schools..  When not competing, team members should stay at their pits.
4. Cleaning Procedures:  All surfaces that participants will come in contact with will be regularly cleaned with disinfecting wipes. Teams should bring disinfecting wipes for their team use.
5. Limited Contact:  Attendees will be asked not to touch common surfaces, and any surfaces that must be touched by the attendees will be regularly cleaned and disinfected. Handshakes, high fives, and physical contact between participants will be prohibited.
6. Concessions:  We will not sell concessions at the event. Teams will be responsible for bringing food and drink to the event as needed. No food will be allowed at this event.
7. Money and Paper Handling:  No money will be handled at the event. All the fees that teams must pay will be completed electronically before the event.  All waivers must be submitted electronically before the event.
8. Heathy Attendance:  Anyone not feeling well, with any symptoms of COVID-19, or who have been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks, should not attend any of the League sessions.
