General Info

This will be a live remote skills only event. 

Teams will need to sign up for a half-hour segment in which they can run their skills matches between 9am and 2:30pm  Sign up sheet for times will be sent 2 weeks prior to the event.  Each team can run three driver skills and three programming skills matches during the half-hour.  Inspection will occur promptly at the beginning of the half-hour segment.

Agenda

Three teams will be participating in skills matches each half hour.  Teams need to sign up for their half-hour session to run their skills match. Matches will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.(lunch break 12:00-12:30)

Teams need to log on promptly at the beginning of their half-hour session in order to be inspected before they run their matches.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

 

This will be an online event and will occur unless there is an extreme state of emergency weather event.  Team contacts will be emailed and information posted on Robot Events on the event page should this be necessary

 

In the case of inclement weather,  please contact the event partner if you will not be able to participate. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds (minus the $5 RECF processing fee) will be made to any teams which contact the event partner prior to the close of registration.

Since this is a remote event, team are expected to follow the local/school health guidelines of the location you will be competing from.
