General Info

Unfortunately due to guidelines from the district, this event is open only to Lake County Schools teams.

In order to adhere to Lake County COVID-19 protocols, the following procedures will be enforced:

  • Each team will have their own table. 
  • Only the team members and one adult, in addition to the team coach, is allowed at the table at any time during the event.
  • Schools will not share charging stations with other schools.
  • To minimize movement, there will not be practice fields provided. 
  • Skills runs will be scheduled prior to alliance matches. 
  • Teams will stay at their team table unless they are on deck for skills or an alliance match. 
  • There will be no concessions available.
  • A maximum of 2 spectators are allowed per student. 
  • Masks must be worn at all times.

Volunteer

There will be one judge at each table.  Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs. All teams are asked to insure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

There will be no refunds due to bad weather.  Every attempt will be made to reschedule either live or virtually if a cancellation is required.

Refund and Payment Policies

Any refund requests due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis and made in the sole discretion of the Event Partner. It is expected that teams utilize the RobotEvents system to handle event payments prior to attending the event. In all cases, each registration contains a $5 RobotEvents processing fee that is not refundable.

Travel Info

From US 27, turn west on Grand Highway/ Citrus Tower Blvd. Continue to the 4 way stop.  Turn left on East Avenie.  The school is on the right.

From Highway 50, travel west beyond US 27.  Turn right on East Ave.  The school is on the left.

Parking is available in the front of the school on East Avenue or in front of the cafeteria at the back of the school on 2nd Street.  The competition will be held in the school cafeteria.
