7:45am Doors open, Registration, Pits Open

8:00 am Inspections begins

9:00 am Driver and Coaches meetings

9:15 am Teamwork challenges begin, skills field open for teams

9:15-1 pm Qualification Matches

1:15 pm Skills field closes

1:15 pm – 2:15 pm  Finals Matches

2:30 pm  Awards and results

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of weather, we will make every effort to contact teams at least 24 hours before the event. We will make an effort to reschedule the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams that withdraw will be refunded their amount minus $5 processing fee taken out by Robotevents.

Health and Safety Policies

For the health and safety of everyone involved please consider the following procedures:

1) Teams are limited to drivers only with a maximum of 3 students per team.

2) All participants and referees shall wear masks at all times.

3) When not driving please stay at your teams pit area.

4) There will be no spectators at this event. Attendence shall be limited to teams, coaches, and event related staff.

5) We will not have a concession stand. Outside food and snacks are allowed in the designated area (cafteria upstairs from the main gym)
