General Info
Thank you for registering for the VEXIQ robotics event being held in the Southern Tablelands Region.
This is an in-person event and therefore will comply with the State Government restrictions at the time of the event. All participates will be required to sign in to the venue.
Each location willhave a school canteen open with participates able to purchase meals at lunch. It is suggested that participates bring snacks and drinks for the day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event may be cancelled if Government COVID restrictions, flood or fire restricts more than 50% of teams from attending.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams that withdraw 7 days before the event will not be invoiced. Invoices will be sent out after the event.
Health and Safety Policies
All events will compile with the State and Local Government COVID safe restrictions. Sanitiser gel and spray will be available but we ask all teams to bring their own hand sanitiser. It is also recommended that in cases where teams cannot social distance face masks are worn.
