Dublin Robotics Club invites your teams to participate in the Northern California VIQC Pitching In Tournament to be held at Dublin, California.

We strive to conduct the event in a safe manner.

Please note: all events will receive state championship award bids based on the REC Foundation Qualifying Criteria. As such, this event must meet all requirements for a Qualifying Event to receive bids to the state championship released in July 2021.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted a PO 4-weeks prior to the event will be removed from the event unless special arrangement has been made with the Event Partner.

Registration contains a $5 RobotEvents processing fee that is not refundable

If the event is cancelled, a full event registration (minus $5) refund will be given to all paid teams. Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
