This is the first annual Far North Queensland Tournament for Event Partners. This tournament will qualify teams to the National Chamipoinships.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event partner will contact teams in the event of a weather event or other unforseen event that affects the health and safety of teams or the teams' ability to get to the venue.
We will endeavour to reschedule the event if it needs to be postponed.
Be sure that your team contact information for the day of the event is up to date in Roboevents.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will be issued up to 14 days prior to the event if a replacement team is available to fill the vacated spot. Refunds will not be issued after that time except in teh case of very extenuating circumstances at the event partners discretion. Please be aware that the event partners have fixed costs and rely on team registrations to meet these obligations.
