General Info

This is a blended invitational league that will occur at Sycamore School once a month on Fridays from 5:00-7:00pm.  The league will include both Cold Spring School (~5 teams) and Sycamore School (~10-13 teams) - and 6-10 other teams willing to participate.  Please put yourself on the waiting list to be eligible to register for the event. If you can offer a volunteer to help at a league session, it will increase the likelihood of invitation to the league.

League dates are:

Friday, November 12

Friday, December 10

Friday, January 7

Friday, February 4 

Please be advised that Sycamore School currently has a mask mandate so all participants, coaches, volunteers, and spectators will likely be REQUIRED to wear masks regardless of their vaccination status.  For those arriving without a mask, they will be provided at the Check-In entrance.  In addition, based on local COVID safety protocols, it may become necessary for us to limit spectators, more info will be sent out closer to the event.

Volunteer

We welcome volunteers for our event! If you are intersted in volunteering, please email [email protected]. We are looking for help with queuing, judging, and refereeing.   For those volunteering, a background form will need to be filled-out in advance of the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact Nathan Keith by phone (765.425.4665) if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.
