General Info
The 2021-22 Eastern PA State VEX IQ Challenge "Pitching In" event will be held at the Marsh Creek 6th Grade Center in Downingtown PA
Note: At the event, teams will be standing on the opposing 6' ends of the fields. The fields will be raised to approx 18" off the ground.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event has no available snow date. A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the Downingtown Area School District.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned minus the $5 RECF processing fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
Registered teams that choose to cancel must do so no later than seven days prior to the event to receive a full refund minus the $5 RECF Registration fee. Teams that withdrawal with fewer than seven days will be responsible to pay the full registration fee.

Health and Safety Policies
We will be following current Downingtown Area School District guidelines as related to masks, social distancing, etc. This information will be sent out no later than March 4th, 2022.
Judging Format
