General Info

Hello and thank you for registerting for Webo Winter Tournament. We will have full concessions and lunch items for sale at our event. Please review the event agenda and general information sections on the event page as the event approaches. Due to the ever changing nature of COVID, we may have to update our visitor rules and guidelines, but we will wait to see how things are closer to our event start date. Please remember to have all those assosicated with the team complete the Online Consent Form prior to the event.

Volunteer

We welcome volunteers for our event! If you are intersted in volunteering, please email [email protected]. As this is our first time hosting an event, anyone with experience is more than welcome. We are looking for help with: Head Referee, Scorekeeper Referee, Judges, Field Reset Crew, Robot Inspector, Emcee.

 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where updates will be posted about the event status as needed. Please contact John Reynolds by phone (765-485-6311) if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds are granted only in extreme cases. 

Health and Safety Policies

With our COVID situation always changing, it is hard to predict what Feburary will look like. Currently, teams and spectators are NOT required to wear masks but masks are recommended. Social distancing will be encouraged. We will update this space close to the start of the event.
