General Info
Wa-Nee Robotics will be hosting its 1st Annual VEX IQ ES-Only tournament in Wakarusa, Indiana. Interest in Northern Indiana is growing, and we want to provide a place for area teams to compete and collaborate.
Robot Skills and in-person judging will be offered. Concessions will be available, as well. We will be hosting this event in one gymnasium and a separate, MS-Only event in the other gymnasium. If we don't get enough to fill both events, we'll do one, blended event.
Early Bird Registration will be used this year.
Note: The first two events selected will count toward Early Bird and cannot be changed once used.
Event payments are expected when you register and must be completed 3 weeks prior to event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the waitlist to register. Please contact us if there are considerations to be made.
COVID Guidelines:
- Masks are recommended but not required.
- We will distance when possible.
- Sanitizer stations will be readily available.
- Spectators are welcome.

We will reschedule events to a date within two weeks of prior date if possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the date of the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed following the event.
