General Info
***REGISTRATION: We have spots open! Please ask to be put on the Waiting List and send a quick email to [email protected] and we weill move you to the team list.***
FOOD:
There will be full concessions at the event as well as a lunch pre-order offer.
Teams are allowed to bring in food and use the cafeteria for eating.
MATCHES - Driver Positions will be on the short ends of the field.
ILLNESS SAFETY:
We will be following current local and venue (school) guidelines/regulations that are in place if any.
Masks are not required, but STRONGLY encouraged.
An online safety pre-check/waiver will be sent to all teams and must be filled out by all attendees.
Do NOT come to the event if you are sick, having symptoms of illness or recently exposed to or had COVID.
Use good hygiene and safety practices such as frequent hand washing/hand sanitizer (will be available throughout the venue and at queue) and social distancing when possible.

TEAMS: If you have a full field with elements you can bring for shared practice it would be appreciated! Let us know if you are able to do so.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Refunds will only be considered in extreme circumstances. Refunds will take approximately 1 month if approved.
The $5.00 service fee that is collected by the REC Foundation will not be refunded.
