General Info
Hello everyone and welcome to Rio Bravo's 1st Annual YISD VEX IQ Invitational tournament. We are excited to be able to host an in-person tournament. Please check regularly on this event for any changes that might be posted. All participants will also be emailed with all posted changes.
Due to Covid-19, we will not be having a concession stand during the tournament. We ask that you bring food for your participating students as we will not be able to provide any. Also, food is of limits at the gym during all hours.

In order to ensure that everyone is at there match, we will have runners looking for the teams to set up. This will ensure that the tournaments runs efficiently and we can stay on time with the agenda.
Doors open at 7:00AM
Registration begins at 7:30AM
Inspection begins at 7:30AM and closes at 8:30AM (Teams that do not go through inspection on time will not be allowed to participate)
Quaifying and Skills matches begin at 9:00AM and conclude at 12:00PM
Lunch 12:00PM - 12:30PM
Finals matches begin at 12:30PM
Awards at 1:00PM

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather, you will all be contacted via email that the event has been cancelled/rescheduled.
