As of 12/15 this is now a Blended Tournament. If you are already signed up for the MS Event on Sunday please put yourself on the waitlist so other teams will have the chance to compete.

All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form. (also available in Spanish)
Due to COVID, we cannot allow spectators that are not parents nor participants.
AT MINIMUM, ALL attendees (students, volunteers, coaches, parent spectators) MUST WEAR A MASK that covers both mouth and nose at ALL TIMES INDOORS. The school reserves the right to disqualify teams and remove violators from the premises. This event has voluntary participation and is provided by a non-governmental, private institution. Volunteer
YES! We do need volunteers! Volunteers are the heart of every VEX competition--without them the event simply cannot function. In a perfect world, every robot team would provide at least 2 adult volunteers at every event. There are lots of different roles that need to be filled, with varying degrees of expertise and physical activity.
PLEASE have one or two of your team parents email me at [email protected] with the subject "Volunteer for STEM SQUAD Tournament" in the subject line. I will get back to them ASAP, and thanks in advance!!
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Due to the many demands on our facilities, we will not postpone this event. In the event of extreme weather (a hurricane, for instance) the event will be CANCELLED and your registrations refunded (less the fees incurred by events.vex.com).**
Notification of cancellations will be made through the contacts provided with your registration through events.vex.com and the RECF. Please make certain all your contact information is correct and current to stay informed!!
**From events.vex.com: There is $5.00 USD fee, per registration, that will be withheld to cover website maintenance, processing fees, reporting, accounting, and system updates.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will ONLY be issued in the case of an event cancellation. Please only register robots/teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for a 'no show.'
