General Info

The tournament will take place Saturday, February 5th along with awards Saturday afternoon. This will be a teaching/learning tournament will all coaches and adult volunteers assigned to various roles in the tournament. If you would like to be a judge or a referee, please let the Event Partner know and you will be provided with the training materials. You will be contacted closer to the event with more details. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email David Tran at [email protected]. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form. In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing. Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
