Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All but $5.00 will be refunded if youare unable to attend due to weather or other emergency. If you notifynus a week prior to the event, we can also refund your fees.

If you are unable to attend and let us know 1 week prior to the event, we will issue a full refund minus the $5.00 fee we pay the REC,
