We will communicate by email if something should prevent us from hosting the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
Full refund minus $5 processing fee on paid registration fees up until November 7th, 2022.
50% refund on paid registration fees from November 8th, 2018 - December 6th- 2022.
No refunds after December 7th, 2022.
