9:00am - 10:00am - Check-In/Registration/Inspection
Note: All teams must be through inspection by 10:00am
Notebooks should be turned in at Team Check-In

10:00am - 1:00pm - Skills Challenge Fields Open
Note: Skills Challenge lines will close at 12:45pm. Any teams in line at that time will have an opportunity to complete their Skills matches. Each team will be able to run 3 Driver Skills Challenges and 3 Programming Challenges.

10:15am - Welcome, followed by Drivers Meeting (auditorium)

10:30am - 12:00pm - Qualification Rounds

12:00 - 1:00pm - Break for Lunch 

1:00pm - 2:00pm - Qualification Rounds 

2:00pm - 3:30pm - Teamwork Challenge Finals and Awards

Notes: 
After notebooks have been reviewed, interviewing will begin for Excellence and Design Awards.

In the event of severe weather, coaches will be notified of event status. Updated information will be posted on this event page. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If a registered team is no longer able to attend and would like to request a refund, please email [email protected] at least 1 week prior to the scheduled event.

Health and Safety Policies

Please no running in the building.  Spectators, including young children, are always welcome to attend the event.  Please remember that young children must be supervised by an adult. 

All attendees MUST wear masks.

We will follow all Hopkinton Public Schools policies regarding masks. Any changes to these policies will be communicated to coaches.

If you are traveling on Route 85 North (Hayden Rowe Street, which turns into Grove Street), drive past the main entrance to Hopkinton High School/Hopkinton Middle School. You will then pass outdoor tennis and basketball courts and go through a set of lights (stay to the left). Immediately after you pass the two big water towers, turn left into the Middle School parking lot. To get to the auditorium, use the entrance at the front of that main parking lot.

If you are traveling on Route 85 South (Grove Street, which turns into Hayden Rowe Street), turn right into the parking lot for the Middle School when you see the water towers. To get to the auditorium, use the entrance at the front of that main parking lot.

Judging Format

The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person on the day of the event. If available, teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges and will drop it off during registration.

Note: For teams with an Electronic version of their Engineering Notebook, engineering notebooks will be evaluated on the day of the event and must be received no later than 10 pm the night before the event (1/21/22).
