Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description. Please feel free to contact me by phone (512) 547-8497 if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled ( on agenda) and cannot be re-run.

There will be no refunds for this event.

Health and Safety Policies

Please be advised that Hallmark University is currently under a mask mandate so all participants, coaches, volunteers, and spectators will be REQUIRED to wear masks regardless of their vaccination status.  For those arriving without a mask, they will be provided at the Check-In entrance.  In addition, based on local COVID safety protocols, it may become necessary for us to limit spectators, more info will be sent out closer to the event.
