General Info

We are excited to be hosting this in person event on January 22, 2021.  Be prepared to have an exciting event.  Concessions will be available.  Check the judging tab for the electronic engineering notebook submission deadline. Don't forget to bring batteries, chargers, and extension cords!

 

All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Oklahoma has many weather issues, but decisions will not be made until the day of the tournament. We know that on the same day it hails or snows, we will have 100 degree weather. All teams have the right to cancel on their own.

Refund and Payment Policies

 

Cancellation:

In the event that there is bad weather or the event needs to be cancelled, a refund will be issued. Any other issues will be at the discrepancy of the tournament director.
