Judging Format

Last year,  we experiened a lot of good feed back from the Judges that they enjoyed the REMOTE judging format. We try to recruit different people that work in the different industries. The Judges also commented that they are more available for short periods of time on different days than a whole day.

  • Remote Team Interviews: Team Interviews will be conducted remotely by a ZOOM call. The Teams will have three dates with times to choose from for interview slots. Thank you.
  • Remote Electronic Engineering Notebook Submissions:  Engineering notebooks will be submitted electronically for evaluation, with a submission deadline that will be scheduled ahead of the event date. We are asking for those that have the wonderful  VEX Engineer Notebook or composite notebooks to please scan your book and turn in it electronically. to the site that will be provided after registration. FYI you do get points for using the paper engineering notebook. Thank you.
