General Info

This IQ Event is a State Tournament and is open all Middle VEX-IQ teams who qualify during the 2021-22 year. 

Please remember that no outside food or drink is allowed at the event. Teams will be able to place orders for pizza as well as purchase food and drink from the concessions. A custom t-shirt press will also be available and taking orders.

The top 10 teams from the qualifying matches will compete in the finals.

Volunteer sign up forms will release by Januay at the latest.

Volunteer

No experience is required for most of our volunteer positions.

However volenteers should have an interest and ethusiam for robotics.

Volenteers have a flexable schedule. You can volenteer for the morning shift, the afternoon shift, or all day!

A hospitality room, located in our lounage, will provide a free breakfest, lunch as well as snacks and drinks for all working volunteers.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If this event is cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be promptly rescheduled for March 13th, which is the following day.

Coaches will receive an e-mail through RobotEvents.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams must cancel at least 1 week before the event to be refunded (March 5th, 11:59 PM EST). No refunds will be given after that.

If a team pays entry fee to Robotevents we must receive the funds from Robotevents minus 10% to be refunded. In some cases it can take 3-6 months to receive refunds.

Teams that cannot attend a rescheduled event, due to bad weather can be refunded upon request. Please allow 6 weeks.
