Welcome to the NSJH VEX IQ Pitching In Tournament! Please review the agenda and general information sections on the event page, and make sure to have all those associated with the team complete the Online Consent Form prior to the event. We are looking forward to a fun filled day of VEX IQ competition at North Syracuse Junior High School.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of impending bad weather, we will work with the host site to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time. If the event cannot continue on its original schedule, every effort will be made to either keep the event on the same day with an adjusted schedule or reschedule the event to a different date and/or location. Updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on events.vex.com.

Health and Safety Policies
This event will be following the Local Government, County Safety Guidelines, and School District Guidelines. These are constantly changing and will be updated as the event nears. Expect a final update on all Mask Guidance and Social Distancing 1 week prior to the event. If changes happen withing 24 hours of the event they will be posted here and teams will be notified by email.

Judging Format
In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
Travel Information
Other groups will be in attendance for various activities at NSJH on the date of our event. Please try to park in Parking Area 1 unless it is full.
