General Info
Lunch and concessions will be available for purchase. We will be unable to provide additional pit room - teams should come expecting the standard amount of pit space. We will position teams from the same school at adjoining or adjacent pits.
State Qualification spots will be avilable assuming we register the necesssary number of teams.

Please feel free to contact me by phone 317-654-1588 if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled (on agenda) and cannot be re-run.
Refund and Payment Policies
All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the date of the event. Refunds if approved will be processed following the event. Refunds will be minus the ($5) administration fee RobotEvents collects. I believe their portion is non-refundable.
