General Info

This is a live skills only event only. It is for IQ and MS alike. Teams will be in person at William Tell Elementary to run 3 autonomous and 3 driving skills challenges. There will be awards for 1st and 2nd place skills and a sportsmanchip award. There will be no judging. Teams will be allowed to leave when their runs are finished.

Agenda

3:00 CST (4:00 EST) Doors will open

Registration, inspection will be held when teams enter.

3:00-6:30- Teams will perform runs at scheduled time. Let event partner know what time works for you.

Volunteer

No volunteeers are necessary.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather our Superintendent will make the final call. If we are forced to cancel all fees will be returned. If you are unable to make it due to Covid or bad weather please discuss with the event partner as soon as possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

If this event is canceled due to inclimate weather, Covid concerns or anything on our end a total refund will be given. If you are unable to attend because of something on your end, we will discuss. VEX Covid protocol and our local Health Department procedures will be followed. More details will be given as the event gets closer.
