9:00am - 10:00am - Check-In/Registration/Inspection
Note: All teams must be through inspection by 10:00am
Notebooks should be turned in at Team Check In

9:30am - 1:30pm - Skills Challenge Fields Open
Note: Skills Challenge lines will close at 1:15pm. Any teams in line at that time will have an opportunity to complete their Skills matches. Each team will be able to run 3 Driver Skills Challenges and 3 Programming Challenges.

10:00am - Welcome, followed by Drivers Meeting

10:30am - 12:00pm - Qualification Rounds 

12:00 - 1:00pm - Break for Lunch 

1:00pm - 2:30pm - Qualification Rounds 

2:30pm - 4:00pm - Teamwork Challenge Finals and Awards

Notes: 
After notebooks have been reviewed, interviewing will begin for Excellence and Design Awards.

Refund and Payment Policies

If a registered team is no longer able to attend and would like to request a refund, please email [email protected] at least 1 week prior to the scheduled event.

Health and Safety Policies

Please no running in the building.  Spectators, including young children, are always welcome to attend the event but must be supervised by an adult. 

All attendees MUST wear masks.

We will follow all Hopkinton Public Schools policies regarding masks.

Take Exit 21B from 495 South towards Hopkinton and head NE on W Main Street, continue straight through the light at 135 towards downtown, at Pleasant street turn right and head up for a 1/4 mile until it intersects Grove street, turn Right onto Grove street and continue straight as it becomes Hayden Rowe, pass through one set of lights and you will see the high school on the right just after you pass the middle school.

The event will be in the HHS Athletic Center.  When you enter the building, head down the main hallway toward the glass doors of the library.  There is a staircase on your right and an elevator on your left, either will bring you to the lower level.

Judging Format

The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person on the day of the event. If available, teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges and will drop it off during registration.

Note: For teams with an Electronic version of their Engineering Notebook, engineering notebooks will be evaluated on the day of the event and must be received no later than 10 pm the night before the event (3/11/22).
