General Info

The Pulaski Elementary Mustang Challenge will take place in Somerset, KY on Saturday, December 3.  Concessions will be available on site.  Admission will be $5 for adults.  We look forward to seeing everyone there!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event will be rescheduled if canceled due to bad weather. Teams will be notified of cancellation through the e-mail address provided in RobotEvents during registration as well as through Remind texts for those signed up @3hcdbaa to 81010.

Refund and Payment Policies

  • Refunds will not be given to teams canceling less than a week before the competition.
  • Refunds will be sent out around 6 weeks from the event to those who cancel in due time.  
  • If teams registered and paid through robotevents, we must receive the funds from robotevents first. This sometimes takes 3-6 months.  
  • Refunds from robotevents will deduct 10%.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
