We will attempt to reschedule the tournament if cancelled for inclement weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be issued upon request if the tournament is cancelled or rescheduled and teams are not able to make it to the rescheduled date.

Judging Format

 

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline of November 28th.
