This event is NOW OPEN FOR elementary and middle school teams. Priority will be still be given to teams registering for their first time event and/or rookie teams.
The tournament location has moved to San Marino High School one block away from our store. The tournament check-in and robot inspection will start at 8:00 AM, and will run until about 4:00 PM on December 18, 2022. Please note that check-in and inspections are simulatenous. We are running a very streamlined operation to get through the REQUIRED stuff but want to focus on the fun part. Driving and auton and making new friends!!!!
Teams bringing their own fields will be placing them just outside the venue area.
All teams will be provided a table and chairs. There will be power strips available for charging VEX IQ batteries. Make sure to label all of your teams’ equipment with your name and/or team number.
Food concessions will be provided.
We will be providing a simple price structure. All of our items will be $1 PER ITEM. We will offer pizza slices (cheese or pepperoni), plus coffee and tea. We will also offer bottled water but no soda items. Sweets (candy) and chips will also be sold.

Unless there is a major catastrophe, the tournament will take place as scheduled.
In the case of extremely bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. In case of an emergency, we will individually reach out to all teams using any contact information required. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
