Volunteer
Contact Gary Morris [email protected] to volunteer. Volunteers are needed to serve for field reset, referees, judges, queuing and computer operators for Tournament Manager.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of impending bad weather, we will work with the host site to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time. If the event cannot continue on its original schedule, updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on events.vex.com.
Please check with the Silverton School District webpage to see if school is closed for inclement weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
Due to the nature of costs associated with hosting events, ThinkRobots 4-H Club is unable to offer refunds to teams that cancel their registration. However, please let us know if you are unable to attend so that we can better plan for the event.
Health and Safety Policies
All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
