General Info

Thank you for registering for the North West Hendricks VEX IQ MS Skills Only Event. This event is sponsored by Tri-West Middle School. This competition will host both Elementary and Middle School events. It is not a blended competition. Events will run simultaneously. Doors will open at 8:00am and Opening Ceremonies will begin promptly at 9:00am. We will have a concessions stand that offers donuts, drinks, and snack items. Lunch options will also be provided. We will email a confirmed agenda to all registered teams the week prior to our event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone (317)607-5090 if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated at 8:45am and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed by December 31st. At that time, un-paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register. Please contact Rob Lawson at [email protected] if there are considerations to be made.

All requests for refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed as soon as possible following the event. Any refunds will be less teh $5 processing fee.
