General Info
We will be holding an all-day tournament at the LCA Kokusai Elementary School. This event will be our first ranked tournament to score all teams attending. Please bring your engineering notebook and robots. The tournament will be held in English. We will have basic translations in Japanese for safety and other basic necessities. If you have any questions on the day, the staff will be more than happy to assist you! Our biggest goal for the tournament is for the children to understand the judging format in English, and to share and make new friendships with the local teams around us. We hope that you all can join us for this event!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event will be held entirely indoors. If there is a sudden change in weather or an emergency all teams will be notified.

No payment until the event day.
Please notify us if you will cancel your registration.
Health and Safety Policies
Due to the current Covid situation, we will require all participants to wear masks on the day. Please come in a mask, and regularly wash your hands. Alcohol spray will be placed in various parts of the venue. Please use it freely.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
