DC VEX IQ teams!

DETAILS

  • This event will be held in-person

  • Interview Judging will be held in-person

  • Notebooks will be judged remote - more details will be sent closer to the event.

  • We will hold Teamwork Challenges (6/7 rounds) along with Skills

  • There will be a practice table

  • Food will NOT be served at the venue, please make arrangement with your team to bring or order food (see food policies below)

LOCATION

  • Our tournament will be held 2101 New York Ave NE, Washington, DC 20002

  • Please enter via the parking lot off New York Ave (PARKING IS LIMITED) and is at the front and side of the building.  Additional parking can be found in the neighborhood.

  • Our event will be held from 10:00 to 2pm (schedule below), teams should plan to arrive between 9:00-9:30 for inspection

  • Inspection will start at 9:15 am and the event should end by 2pm.

SCHEDULE

  • Our schedule is currently being updated 

  • If a team does not show up, the timed schedule must be changed to reflect the teams present

  • The times are tentative and your team may perform earlier

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
