Welcome to the Worlds Qualifying Event for VEX IQ Challenge Pitching In

We're excited to be able to host a Worlds Qualifying event for the 2021/2022 season.

Event Details

As a World Qualifying event, there are several featurs that differ to a standard regional event:

• There is an event fee of £25 that must be paid prior to the event, see details at the bottom of this page for more information
• There is a maximum of 2 teams per organisation, if you have more teams please add them to the waitlist, if there are spaces left we will fill from the waitlist based on date and timestamp ensuring an equal spread across organisations
• Not all VEX Worlds qualifying spots will be offered at this event, any spots not given will be rolled to the World Skills Standings after the event

Registration Fee

Registration fee must be paid within 7 days of registration. Teams registering less than 7 days before the registration deadline must pay at time of registration. Any teams that fail to pay the registration within these guidelines will be moved to the waitlist and the spot will be opened up to other teams.

Judging

Judging will be in-person at the event. As per the RECF guidelines, teams will need a physical notebook for in-person judging. If they have been created and maintained digitally, please provide a hard copy at the event.

Food

Food and drink will not be provided, teams are advised to bring a their own lunch and drinks. There will be tea and coffee provided for adults.
