General Info
Dublin Robotics Club invites your teams to participate in the VEX IQ Signature event to be held at Great Wolf Lodge, Manteca, California.
The exciting thing about this event is that the Team Work Championship and Excellence award qualifies for next year VEX Worlds 2023.
Not only that, there are multiple judged awards including Tournament Champions. Some of the other awards are Amaze Award, Innovate Award, Design Award, Energy Award, Sportsmanship Award and Judges Award - a total of 11 awards.
In addition, We are offering 1 home pod mini to teams from Out of State and 1 from in State and 1 from in Out of Country. This is to encourage the teams that are traveling long distances to participate in our event.
Every participant will receive a custom-made participation certificate.
Teams and families can make a vacation out of this trip as the event is held at the Manteca with easy relaxing trips to SFO, Golden gate, Napa tours, Mystery spot, Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Yosemite, etc.
We strive to conduct the event in a safe manner - everyone will wear masks.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams who have registered but have not paid or submitted a PO 4-weeks prior to the event will be removed from the event unless special arrangement has been made with the Event Partner.
Registration contains a $5 RobotEvents processing fee that is not refundable
If the event is cancelled, a full event registration (minus $5) refund will be given to all paid teams. Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
Health and Safety Policies
We always have and will continue to adhere to Local, State, and US Coronavirus protocols and recommendations. This means mandatory temperature checks on entry and exit as well as a 100% mask policy.

Judging Format
- In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person on the day of the event.
- Engineering notebooks must be submitted electronically to be considered for the judged award.
