General Info

Pinecrest Lakes Academy is proud to be hosting The Soaring Eagles Late Season VEX IQ competition. This competition is elementary school only. Our hopes for this competition is to give some of the hard working teams that haven't qualified to the North/Central Florida Regional Championship one last chance. 

All participants are expected to complete the Online Consent Form  Once per season covers all events.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

in case of severe weather (a hurricane, for instance) this event will be CANCELLED and your registrations refunded (less a $5 processing fee).

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams who sign up to play at the  Event are making a commitment to being there and commits the organizer to set costs. Therefore, refunds will not be issued.

Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for a 'no show.'
