General Info
Welcome to the MFR VEX IQ January Slapshot Tournament at Hugenot High School sponsored by Mountain Farm Robotics. This event will be a 20 team tournament for middle and elementary school teams teams.
Registration fees must be paid by December 30 or your team will be moved to the waitlist.
We plan to have concessions (water, coffee, snacks, candy) and will provide lunch order forms about one week prior to the tournament. We will also be able to take lunch orders the day of the tournament.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
An email will be sent out to each team's primary and secondary POC in the event of bad weather. Teams should note that Richmond weather may differ from Northern Virginia and teams should plan accordingly. This tournament will only be cancelled if Richmond schools close due to weather. If a singular team is unable to make it due to weather, unfortunately we will not offer refunds to no shows due to poor weather.
This event will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of a full snow cancellation we will offer refunds of $75 per team.
Refund and Payment Policies
There will be no refunds outside of a full event cancellation. We are willing to work with teams if we are able to find a team to take their spot.
