General Info

One way to control the destiny in your VEX future is to have a great skills score. This is your chance to get that score up and possibly get a shot at the state tournament. You will have 3 driving and 3 programming runs at your disposal. Programming runs have become a life saver for teams in the past, so don't pass up this chance,

Agenda

Agenda is tentative and subject to change. All times are EST  even though we are on CST.

8:00-1:00 PM Doors will be open Times will be offered in 1 hour increments. Inspection will occur before your team takes the field so allow time to have your robot inspected before beginning your runs, Two fields will be running and possibly three if needed. Please contact event organizer to request your desired slot. Runs may be taken consecutively or staggeered, but must be completed in the one hour time allotment.

No volunteers will be needed for this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If event is canceled and we have time to reschedule we will. However, if the event is canceled because of something from our end, you will be refunded. If you are unable to attend because of something on your end the funds will be non-refundable.
