Hopkinton No Frills Skills Only Event

Agenda

Because this is a No Frills Skills Only Tournament, our goal is to provide teams with an opportunity to run official Skills Matches.  Team Coaches will be sent a sign up sheet to schedule a window of time that is convenient for the team.  Teams will run their matches and leave the event so that we can accommodate every team in the SNE Region.  Trophies will be mailed to winning teams.

10:00am - Doors will open
All teams must be through inspection before running their Skills matches.  

3:00pm - Venue will close

Volunteer

We welcome volunteers from all schools in attendance as volunteers are vital to a smooth event that stays on schedule.  For this event, we will only need Referees.  Anyone interested in volunteering should contact Pat Allen at [email protected]

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather, coaches will be notified of changes in status. Please make sure your coach contact information is updated/accurate in RobotEvents.  Updated information will also be posted on this event page. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If a registered team is no longer able to attend and would like to request a refund, please email [email protected] at least 1 week prior to the scheduled event.  After this date, refunds will not be issued unless the event has been totally cancelled by the organizer.  

Health and Safety Policies

Please no running in the building.  Spectators, including young children, are always welcome to attend the event but must be supervised by an adult. 

We will follow all Hopkinton Public Schools policies regarding masks.

If you are traveling on Route 85 North (Hayden Rowe Street, which turns into Grove Street), drive past the main entrance to Hopkinton High School/Hopkinton Middle School. You will then pass outdoor tennis and basketball courts and go through a set of lights (stay to the left). Immediately after you pass the two big water towers, turn left into the Middle School parking lot. To get to the auditorium, use the entrance at the front of that main parking lot.

If you are traveling on Route 85 South (Grove Street, which turns into Hayden Rowe Street), turn right into the parking lot for the Middle School when you see the water towers. To get to the auditorium, use the entrance at the front of that main parking lot.
