General Info

This is an in-person blended (Elementary/Middle School) event specifically for teams who have not yet qualified to the Regional Championships.  This event is being held in place of the cancelled LMS Last Chance Event. Teams who were registered for the LMS event will have the first option for this event.  RECF's Event Manager is helping us populate the teams.  If you were not previously registered for the LMS Last Chance Event and have not qualified for the Regional Championships yet, you may waitlist your team(s) and we will fill any remaining slots with teams from the waitlst.

Volunteer

Volunteers are what make VEX events happen.  Our biggest need at this time is for Field Referees for Qualification Matches and Skills Challenge. Volunteers receive breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day.  Contact Shari Hiltbrand at [email protected] if you would lke to volunteer. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The tournament will be cancelled due to Emergency/Bad Weather and refunds given.

Refund and Payment Policies

There will be no refunds after registration closes except in the case of bad weather.
