VEX Robotics Competition meets Emirates Schools Establishment at many value points: enabling inclusivity, promoting teamwork, empowering leadership and increasing students' engagement in the public education sector.
VEX IQ Slap Shot Pre-National Event - Zayed Complex Barsha Round is one of the Emirates Schools Establishment managed events to help to qualify students for the UAE National Event. This event will qualify teams for VEX IQ National Event. Please ensure that your team arrives on time to be able to compete.

IMPORTANT! You must call the Event Manager on the day of the event if you are going to be late. If your team is not there to check in on time and no communication has been made, the match schedule will be run without your team, and they cannot compete.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person during the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
