To help you with planning. The venue will be open from 0830. The planned finish will be no later than 1600.

There is no parking available, you are advised to use public transport. Closest links are Moorgate and Liverpool Street.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide access to the canteen for visiting students, so they should plan to bring a packed lunch.

We do not expect to have to cancel this event. We will try to give as much notice as possible in the event of cancelling.

In the unlikely event of us having to cancel the event we will not be able to refund any costs that teams have incurred. Please be mindful of this when making travel arrangements

 

Judging Format

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
