Teams are required to make registration payment by Nov 15, if registration payment is not received by the due date then the team will be moved to the waitlist.

IMPORTANT! If your team will be late, you must call the Event Partner (Primary Contact on the General Info tab). If your team is not checked in on time, the match schedule will be run without your team and they cannot compete. The match schedule CANNOT be run after the tournament begins.

Judging Format
Remote Judging - The Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges electronically. Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.

How to submit an engineering design notebook?
Teams will receive an email 2 weeks prior to the event with instructions on how to register for a remote interview, please make sure that team completes the signup on time.
