General Info
Thank you for registering for our event. Mars Hill has committed to maintaining a high-quality tournament and enjoyable experience. We will be running BLENDED on Saturday, Januay 13. We will be offering the Excellence Award, Teamwork Championship, Robot Skills, and Design Award for this event. We will be awarding elementary and middle awards if we have enough of each to sign up. Otherwise, we will be providing overall awards. Engineering notebooks will be accepted virtually only. Team interviews will be conducted on-site on the day of the event. Robot Skills will be conducted on-site the day of the event. To qualify for the Excellence Award, teams must submit the Engineering Notebook virtually before 11:59pm on January 3rd and compete in Robot Skills on the event day. Teams that fail to meet the event requirements for the Excellence Award will not be considered for the award.
Concession will be sold at this event. A list of all concessions and pricing will be provided at a later date. We will have a link to preorder lunches.
All team registration fees must be paid within two weeks of registering for our tournament. If registration fees are not paid team will be moved to the waitlist to keep spots open. IF the demand for our tournament is high enough, we will increase the capacity for the tournament.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, the event may be postponed. All coaches will be updated as soon as any changes happen.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be sent
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be permitted.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
