We are looking for volunteers to help run the event. We currently require a match ref, Judges and runners for the competition . I can be reached on 07807771773 or [email protected].

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather  A decision will be made in discussion with the participants if the event can go ahead. As we are school based the event itself will go ahead, But we request particpants to be in touch with me with as much notice as possible if you plan on cancelling. the best number to reach me on is 07807771773.  

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

There is no charge for the event so no refund required. We will contact all participants in good time so they will be able to change plans.  

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There is no charge for the event but we would appretiate plenty of notice before cancellation.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
