General Info
The SJAJ Full Volume Scrimmage is being hosted by St. Johnsbury Academy Jeju Robotics and is a great event for veteran and rookie teams to get their robots on the field.
After passing the technical inspection teams will participate in Qualifying Rounds, Alliance Selection and Elimination rounds. There will also be a Technical Interview room for teams to share their design process and become eligible for the Excellence, Design and Judges awards. Please bring your team's notebook to qualify for an interview.
This scrimmage is a great way for teams to come test their initial designs to make improvements, get feedback on their notebooks, and meet other robotics students.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If bad weather was to occur, use your own descretion on attending the event. If an event is cancelled and we are not able to reschedule the event we will refund your tournament fee minus processing costs.
No refunds for teams that decide not to attend after paying. Sorry!

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
