General Info

We are so excited to have your teams compete at this event!! It will be held at Lomond View Elementary in Pleasant View.

Please note that physical Engineering Notebooks will NOT be accepted at this event. All digital notebooks must be submitted via the My Account area on RobotEvents by 3:00pm on Wednesday, February 7th. 

There will be concessions for sale, cash or card.

        * Each team will be allowed 3 Skills matches for both Driver Skills & Autonomous Skills

In the event the tournament must be cancelled due to weather, a full refund minus $5/team (non-refundable site fee) will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

These will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware this may include no refund. No shows will not recieve a refund.

*Payment due date is January 27th. All unpaid teams after this date will be moved to the Waitlist.

Judging Format

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally no later than Wednesday, February 7th @ 3:00pm, for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
